Navid Rezaei is an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Kurdistan. He received the B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the K. N. Toosi University of Technology, Tehran, Iran in 2009; the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Iran University of Science & Technology, Tehran, Iran in 2011 and 2015, respectively. Dr. Rezaei’s research interests are focused on the smart/microgrids modeling and planning, energy/load management, energy market design, power system operation, power system relaying, renewable energy sources integration and power quality issues.
